Weekly Meal Service Menu

Entrees

All entrees and sides are six servings unless otherwise agreed upon. You can choose from these suggestions or special requests are always welcome.

Chimmichuri Chicken

Your choice of chicken breast or thighs marinated in a flavorful chimichurri sauce.  This is served with your choice of rice. 

Creamy White Chicken Enchiladas

Shredded chicken in flour tortillas with a cheesy white sauce flavored with salsa Verde

Ratatouille

A chunky stew of yellow squash, zucchini, and tomatoes featuring a homemade pork sausage that is added to make this a meal.  

Shrimp and Grits

Fresh shrimp, smokey bacon, thick gravy and grits

What more do you need?

Redfish Court Bouillon

This is a spicy fish stew that is tomato based with potatoes. This is a family recipe that my grandfather made and passed down to my mom who passed it to me.  

Pork Chops and Parsnips

Baked until falling apart tender with parsnips and sweet apple -this dish is sure to please.  

Classic Lasagna

Classic comfort food with layers of ground beef, robust tomato sauce, mozzarella, and ricotta cheese.  

Pork Tenderloin

Melt in your mouth pork tenderoin flavored with citrus fruits. 

Stuffed Chicken Breast*

Chicken Cordon Bleu

Tender chicken breast stuffed with ham and swiss cheese then pan fried with a crispy crust.

Mediterranean 

Stuffed with Spinach, Feta cheese, roasted red peppers and black olives then baked to perfection.

Spinach and Artichoke

If you like the dip you will love the chicken.  Fresh spinach, artichokes and creamy cheese will make you hope for leftovers. 


*Pork can be substituted for chicken.

Egg Rolls

Traditional Eggroll

Delicious fresh cabbage, sausage, and seasonings srapped in a crispy crust. Servied with a sweet and spicy teriyaki sauce.


Pulled Pork Eggroll

Stuffed pulled pork, Mexican coleslaw and cheese.  Served with a flavorful BBQ sauce.


Buffalo Chicken Eggroll

Loaded with spicy chicken, fresh cabbage and blue cheese.

Served with a  Yum Yum Ranch sauce.



Meatballs

Swedish Meatballs

With melt in your mouth gravy, these are great served over noodles or rice.

Teriyaki  

These pork meatballs are so good with the sticky teriyaki sauce over rice.  

Bulgogi 

A fun word to say and delicious to eat.  Tender beef meatballs with a thick Korean bulgogi sauce

Not Meat Meatballs

Ricotta and zucchini "meatballs" topped with a warm marinara sauce make a prefect vegetarian entrée.  


*Any ground meat you prefer can be used.
